Font work – Insert decorative text in your document.

Text Box – Insert preformatted text boxes.

Pivot Table – Click here to summarize data using a pivot table or to insert a pivot chart.

Function (Ctrl+F2) – Edit the formula in the current cell by choosing functions and editing the arguments.

Comment (Ctrl+Alt+C) – Add a comment about the selection.

Header and Footer – Edit the header and footer in the document.

Hyperlink (Ctrl+K) – Create a link to a webpage, a picture, an email address or a program.

Sub script (Ctrl+Shift+B) – Create small letter below the text baseline.

Wrap text – Make all contents visible within a cell by displaying it on multiple lines.

Decrease Indent – Decrease the margin between the border and the text in the cell.

Automatic Spell Checking (Shift+F7) –

Thesaurus (Ctrl+F7) – Suggests other words with a similar meanings to the word you have selected.

Hyphenation – Turn on hyphenation, which allows word to break lines between the syllables of word.

Protect Sheet – Prevent unwanted changes to the data in a sheet by specifying what information can be changed.

Protect Spreadsheet – Restrict access to the workbook by preventing new sheets from being created or by granting access only to specific people.

Trace Precedents (Shift+F9) – Show arrows that indicates what cells affect the value of the currently selected cells.

Trace Dependents (Shift+F5) – Show arrows that indicate what cells are affected by the value of the currently selected cells.
