Open (Ctrl+O) – Open the save file.

Undo (Ctrl+Z) – Undo the current action in document.

Slide Master – Open slide master view to change the design and layout of the master slides.

Notes Master – Open notes master view.

Handout Master – Open handout master view to change the design and layout of printed handouts.

Slide Layout – Change the layout of the selected slide.

Rulers (Ctrl+Shift+R) – View the rulers, used to measure or line up objects in the document.

Grid and Helplines – Turn on gridlines to which you can align objects in the presentation.

Color – view this presentation in full color.

Grayscale – View this presentation in grayscale, and customize how all the colors are translated into grayscale.

Comments – Add a comment about the selection.

Animation – Choose an animation to apply to objects in the slide.

Styles and Formatting (F11) –

Zoom – Open the zoom dialog box to specify the zoom level of the document.


Insert

Image – Insert a Image from a file.

Audio or Video – Insert a sound clip or music into the slide OR Insert the video into the presentation.

Chart – Insert a chart to illustrate and compare data.

Object – Insert an OLE object into the document.

Shapes – Insert readymade shapes such as rectangles and circles, arrows, lines, flowchart symbols and

Callouts.

Media – Create a new  presentation based on a set of picture.

Font work – Insert decorative text in your document.

 Text Box (F2) – Insert preformatted text boxes.

Comment (Ctrl+Alt+C) – Add a comment about the selection.

Hyperlink (Ctrl+K) – Create a link to a webpage, a picture, an email address or a program.

Spacial Character – Insert character that are not on your keyboards, such as copyright ,trademark, paragraph and Unicode characters.

Page number – Insert a slide number.

Non-Breaking space (Ctrl+Shift+Space) –

Bold (Ctrl+B) – Make the selected text Bold.

Italic (Ctrl+I) –  Italicize the selected text.

Underline (Ctrl+U) – Underline  the selected text.

Strikethrough – Draw a line through the middle of the selected text.

Superscript (Ctrl+Shft+P) – Create small letter above the line of the text.

Subscript (Ctrl+Shift+B) – Create small letter below the text baseline.

Outline – view the document as an outline and show the outlining tools.

Increase Size (Ctrl+]) – Increase the font size.

Decrease Size (Ctrl+[) – Decrease the font size.

Line spacing :1 (Ctrl+1) –

Align Left (Ctrl+L) – Align text to the left.
