Microsoft Word PageLayout Tab Details

                 Page layout:

Theme:

Themes: change the overall design of the entire documents, including colors, fonts, and effects.

Colors: change the colors of the current theme.

Fonts: change the fonts of the current theme.

Effects: change the effects of the current theme.

Page setup:

Margins: select the margin sizes for the entire documents or the current documents.

Orientation: switch the page between portrait and landscape layouts.

Size: choose a paper size for the current sections.

Columns: split text into two or more columns.

Breaks: add pages, section or columns break to the documents.

Line numbers: add line numbers in the margin along sides of each line of the documents.

Hyphenation: turn on hyphenation, which allows word to break lines between the syllabus of words.

Page background:

Water marks: insert ghosted text behind the content on the page.

Page color: choose a color for the background of the page.

Page borders: add or change the borders around the page.


Paragraph:

Indent:

Left: move in the left side of paragraph by a certain amount.

Right: move in the right side of paragraph by a certain amount.


Spacing:

Before: change the spacing between paragraphs by adding space above the selected paragraph.

After: change the spacing between paragraphs by adding space below the selected paragraphs.

Arrange :

Position: select object on the page. Text is automatically set to wrap around the object.

Bring to front: selected object forward one level or to the front of all objects.

Send to back: send the selected object forward one level or to the back of all objects.

Text wrapping : change the way text wraps around the selected objects.

Align: align the edges of multiple selected objects.

Group: group objects together so that they can be treated like a single object.

Rotate: rotate or flip the selected objects.
