Microsoft Excel Pagelayout Tab


 Themes:

Theme: change the overall design of the entire document including colors, font and effects.

Theme color: change the color of the current theme.

Font: change the font of the current theme.

Effect: change the effect of the current theme.


Page setup:

Margins: select the margin sizes of the entire document or the current sections.

Orientation: switch the page between portrait and landscape layouts.

Size: choose paper size for the current section.

Print area: make a specific area of the sheet for printing.

Breaks: specify where a new page will begin in the printed copy.

Background: choose an image to display as the background of the sheet.

Print tittles: specify row and columns to repeat on each printed page.

Scale to fit:

Width: shrink the width of printed output to fit a maximum number of pages.

Height: shrink the height of printed output to fit a maximum number of pages.

Scale: stretch or shrink the printed output to a percentage of its actual size.


Sheet options:

Gridlines:

View: show the lines between rows and columns in the sheet to make editing and reading easier.

Print: print lines between rows and columns in the sheet to make reading easier.

Heading:

View: show row and column heading.

Print: print row and column heading.

Arrange:

Bring to front: click here to bring the selected object forward one level or to the front of all object.

Send to back: click here to send the selected object back one level or to the book of all objects.

Selection pane: show the selection pane to help select individual object and to change their order and visibility.

Align: align the edges of multiple selected objects.

Group: group objects together so that they can be treated like a single object.

Rotate: rotate or flip the selected object.
