Clipboard –
Paste :
paste the content of the clipboard.
Cut: cut the selection from the documents and put it on the clipboard.
Copy :copy the selection and put it on the clipboard.
Format painter: copy formatting from one place and apply it to another.
Font –
change the font space .
Font size:
change the font size .
B : bold : make the selected text bold.
I : italic: italicize the selected text.
U : underline : underline the selected
text.
Abc : strikethrough: draw a line through
the middle of the selected text.
X2: subscript : create small letters below the
text baseline.
X2: superscript : create small letter above the
line.
Aa: change case: change all the selected text to uppercase
,lowercase, or other common capitalization.
abc: text highlighter color: make text look like
it was marked with a highlighter pen.
A: Grow font : increase the font size.
A : shrink font : decrease the font size.
Aa: clear formatting : clear all the formatting from the
selection , leaving only the plain text.
A: Font color: change the text color.
Paragraph :
Bullets: start a bullet lists .
Numbering : start a
number lists.
Multilevel list : start a level multilevel list.
Decrease indent : decrease the indent level of paragraph.
Increase indent: increase the indenet level of paragraph.
Sort: alphabetize the selected text or sort numerical data.
Align text left: align text to the left.
Centre: center text.
Align text right : align text to the right .
Justified : align text to the both the right and left margins
, adding extra space between words as necessary.
Line spacing : change the spacing between lines text.
Shading : color the background behind the selected text and
paragraph.
Bottom border : customize the border of the selected cells of
text.
Styles:
Change style: Change the set
of styles ,color , and fonts used in this documents.
Editing:
Find : find and select specific text formatting or type of
information with in the workbook .
Replace: replace text in the documents.
Select : select text or objects in the documents.
