it is used for all excel versions like 2003, 2007, 2013 etc.

 it is collection of worksheets.

Worksheets

it is collection of rows and columns. by default 3 worksheets open with a workbook.

Rows

it is horizontal block of cells that runs through the entire

width of worksheets.

it is vertical block of cells that runs through entire worksheet.
