Clipboard:

Cut: cut the selection from the document and put it on the clipboard.

Copy: copy the selection and put it on the clipboard.

Paste: paste the content of the clipboard.

Format painter: copy formatting one place and apply it to another.

Slides:

New slide: add a slide to the presentation.

Layout: change the layout of the selected slide.

Reset: reset the position size and formatting of the slide      placeholders to their default settings.

Delete slide: remove this slide from the presentations.

Font:

Font: change the font face.

Font size: change the font size.

Increase font: increase the font size.

Decrease font: decrease the font size.

Clear all formatting: clear all the formatting from the selection leaving only the plain text.

Bold: make the selected text bold.

Italic: italicize the selected text.

Underline: underline the selected text.

Strikethrough: draw a line through the middle of the selected text.

Text shadow: add a shadow behind the selected text to help it stand out on the slide.

Character spacing: adjust the spacing between characters.

Change case: change all the selected text to uppercase, lowercase, or other common capitalisations.

Font color: change the text color.

Paragraph:

Bullets: start a bullet list.

Numbering: start a numbered list.

Line spacing: specify the line spacing to use.

Decrease list level: decrease the indent level.

Increase list level: increase the indent level.

Columns: split text into two or more columns.

Align text left: align text to the left.

Align text right: align text to the right.

Centre: centre text.

Justify: align text to both the left and right margins, adding extra space between words as necessary.

Text directions: change the orientation to text to vertical staked or rotate it to the desired direction.

Align text: change how text is aligned with the text body.

Convert to smart art graphic: convert text to a smart art graphic to visually communicate information.

Drawings:

Shapes: insert readymade shapes such as rectangle circle arrow and lines flowchart symbols and callouts.

Arrange: arrange objects on the slide by changing their order, position and rotation.

Quick style: choose a visual style for the shape or line.

Shape fill: fill the selected shape with a solid color gradient picture or texture.

Shape outline: specify the color width and line style for the outline of the selected shape.

Shape effect: apply a visual effect to the selected shape such as shadow, glow, reflection or 3d rotation.

Tables:

Table: insert or draw a table into the document

Illustration:

Picture: insert a picture from a file.

Clipart: insert clipart into the document including drawing, movies, sound or stock photography to illustrate a specific  concept.

Photo album: create or edit a presentation based on a set of pictures.

 Shapes: Insert readymade shapes such as rectangle and circle, arrows, line, flowchart symbols and callouts.

Smart art: insert a smart art grape to visually communicate information.

Insert chart: Insert a chart to illustrate and compare data.

Link:

Hyperlink: create a link to a web page a picture an email address or a program.

Action: add an action to the selected object to specify what should happen when you click on it or hoven over it with your mouse.

Text:

Text box: insert a text box into the document or add text to the selected shape.

Header and footer: edit the header or footer of the document.

Word art: insert a decorative text line in your document.

Date and time: insert the current date and time into the current document.

Slide number: insert a slide number.

Symbols: insert characters that are not on your keyboard such as copyright symbols, trademark symbols, paragraph marks and Unicode characters.

Object: insert an embedded objects.

Media clip:

Movie: click here to insert an animated clipart.

Sound: insert a sound clip or music into the slide.
