It is an identity on the internet. It is stand for Electronic Mail and it is an oldest method of sending messages on internet. It is basically a client server model . it was invented by “Ray Tomilson” in 1970.

E-mail Addressing

It is divided in two parts

• The domain name of the mail server computer on which you have an E-mail Account.
• Your Personal Identity or account name (User Name ) on that mail server.

E-mail Structure

CC

It is stand for Carbon Copy , it is send a carbon copy of the mail to another recipient. In this case the main the  main recipient is informed about the other who receive same messages.

BCC

It is stand for Blind Carbon Copy , in this option recipient of the first e-mail copy does not come to know the name of the other recipients. Who receives the carbon copy of the same messages.

Bounced Mail

It is type of E-mail messages that has failed to reach it’s destination and returned to the sender . it alerts you that whatever you have sent as an e-mail there is an error so check the error and sent it again.

Most of the companies are allowing you to open an account . it is free of cost. Like

• Type www.gmail.com  on the address bar.
• Then click on create
• The click on For my self
• Then fill the form
• Then Click on the Create.

SPAM

an E-mail Spam is UCE(Unsolicited Commerical E-mail), Junk mail or  UBE(Unsolicited Bulk E-mail) is the practice of sending unwanted e-mail messages frequently with commercial content, in large quantities to an indiscriminate set of recepients. Spam in E-mail started to become a problem when the Internet was Opened up to the general public in mid-1990s.
